POSITION SUMMARY
The Sr. Manager, Sales Academy will form a strong and resilient partnership with BU Leaders, Sales Leaders and BU Sales Training Managers to effectively develop and deliver sales training programs to the business sales associates.
Focus areas of this role include Sales Training Needs Analysis, Coaching, Sales Competency Modeling, Program Design, Development and Delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop training curriculum for front line sales force /sales management based on Sales Competency Model as well as SFE requirements
Lead whole training team including BU training force to initiate and standardize cross-BU Sales training programs, with a focus on Customer Centered Selling Approach
Build up regional sales training capabilities to support SFE implementation and sales coverage planning
Conduct Sales Training Needs Analysis to determine needs, develop sales training strategy and implement the initiatives
Develop and customize coaching tools and sales trainer certification that are in line with Sales Competency Model
Develop distributor management training modules aligned with sales force competencies, skills and behaviors by business
Training vendor management
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Conceptual ability, training design & delivery
2. Interpersonal and project management skills
3. Fluency in both English and Chinese
4. Computer proficiency
5. Good presentation skills
6. At least 5 years of experience in sales training management
7. Healthcare industry background is required
8. Optional: 2-4 years of successful experience of sales management
