? Responsible for driving more than one clinical studies execution
? Lead clinical research team activities and manage study process
? Communicate study status with the clinical research team and management team.
? Prepare study budget, clinical study protocol, approve for all the study documents.
? Manage external service provider on schedules and program risks.
? Plan and conduct investigator meetings with sufficient preparation.
? Own schedules and team execution, must report out regularly to management team.
? Take the full responsibility to ensure compliance with the highest standards of GCP and according to JWMS requirement.
? Ensure all Serious Adverse Events are reported and followed up.
Bachelor degree or above in Medicine or related field.
At least 5 year working experience including experience as a CRA/SCRA or clinical related studies.
Have knowledge of interventional cardiology is preferred
Excellent knowledge of GCP guidelines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and familiarity with use of database.
Result oriented and good leadership demonstration.
Customer focus and teamwork.
Good communication skill, self-learning skill.
Proficient English & Chinese in both verbal and written.
Regional travel is required.
