1. Understand company culture and policy, undestand the business strategy.
2. Lead and deliver high quality & efficient training programs through working with leadership team, ensure the focus areas align with the business strategy.
3. Be creative to develop training content, inviting training lecturers, design the training tools, deliver internal sales and marketing training classes as well as consumer education programs.
4. Lead translation of usefull publication to provide Chinese version of training materials when needed.
5. Manage the quality system of learning delivery, be open minded to identify new opportunities to improve training materials on a regular basis
6. Create a positive learning environment within the organziation and support the business growth.
Bachelor degree or above, at least 5 years of HR, training, L&D or related experience.
Fluent in Chinese & English both on written and spoken.
Good team player to work well with all levels and types of people.
Strategic thinking, energetic and highly self-motivated.
Leadership, good project management skill.
Excellent communication and collaboration skill.
Strong self-learning skill, presentation skill.
