1. Develop and implement communications strategies for the business.
2. Initiate annual tradeshow & customer event theme and subject with the entire marketing team.
3. Identify and initate marketing campaigns, customer retention activity and PR initiatives to achieve business objectives.
4. Lead brochure, newsletter, advertisement, website design and update.
5. Manages relationships with regional providers of web content programs, search-engine and key-word services, and email program campaign.
6. Develop the Marcom ground rules based on the company strategy and value.
7. Identify new opportunities for improvement on both internal and external communication for effective public awareness of branding.
8. Create a positive working environment that sets both high expectations for personal growth and business growth.
1. University graduate in Communications or related field is preferred.
2. At least 3 years proven experience in marcom or 5 years proven experience in healthcare product marketing.
3. Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese & English
4. Be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously according to the priority
5. Professional knowledge in both traditional marketing and digital marketing, social media etc. 6. Good demenstration skill and presentation skill.
7. Creative, passionate, good team player.
8. Strong in analytical thinking and with excellent communication skill.
9. Strong self-learning skill, program management skill.
