工作指责：
1.负责机加工工艺的设计，工装夹具设计；
2.负责CNC设备的规划，加工程序编制；
3. 负责生产现场日常工艺质量等问题的处理；
4. 负责新产品项目的管理；
5. 参与供应商质量问题的改善；
Responsibility:
- Study production engineering and creat SOP for machining and assembly flow;
- Improve productivity by developing production fixtures so as to enhance production capacity and quality;
- Provide technology support service to machining, assembly and sourcing procedures when required;
- Assess the deficiency of production flow and all sorts of machining parts so as to find effective solution;
- Coordinate QA department to ensure the quality of assembly flow, apparent design and efficacy of parts;
- Other tasks could also be allocated based on daily operation requisition and line supervisor's arrangement.
招聘要求：
1. 机械制造专业大专以上学历
2. 5年以上机加工工艺设计或夹具设计工作经验,至少2年数控加工经验
3. 有喷涂工作经验者优先考虑
4. 良好的问题解决能和项目管理能力力和沟通协调能力
5. 良好的英文读写能力
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or above, specialize in mechanical, industry engineering etc;
- Fluent written and oral English ability,
- 2 years working experience or above in manufacturing field is necessitated;
- Engineering background worked in European-American plant is preferable;
- Abundant knowledge and practice about metal, plastic and electronic parts;
- The experience of being a key participant in engineering project is preferable;
- Proficient in working software exertion such as Pro-E, ERP and office 2000;
Good communication ability as well as diligent attitude and presentation skill.
