Job Description1. Customer order management and sales order input into Oracle system.2. Customer order shipping and follow up, backlog order report and follow up. 3. Customer feedback and Global CAPA system imput.4. OKC module and TradeSphere using.5. RMA and credit management.
Competencies1. Certain experience and knowledge on ERP system, and knowing Oralce is a plus.2. Must be comfortable communication with e-mails, voice mails, in person with internal an external customers. 3. Both customer and process oriented. Capable to handle urgency and pressure, work independently.4. English and Computer skill are essential, quick learning.
