？ Learn about and understand supply chain setup and operate for JJMSZL and map them out with sufficient details.
？ Analyze supply chain business activities and identify key performance metrics (KPI).
？ Participate in the Operations and other functions activities.
？ Learn about the process about each functions, evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the process.
？ Learn about business and people management.
？ Ensure responsibilities under the Quality System as defined in the Quality and compliance.
？ Develop and maintain an environment of continuous improvement.
？ Complete training in area of responsibilities within allowed time-period.

？ Mechanical Degree or Master in Business Administration or equivalent
