Perform the inspection for raw material/component/WIP/final product as required ; / 根据需要对原材料/零部件进行检验；
Monitor and report on the quality of product received through inspection; / 通过检验监控和汇报接收的产品质量；
Report non-conformance information during inspection to Quality engineer; provide the suggestion to disposition of non-conforming products; / 在检验期间，向质量工程师汇报不合格信息，提供不合格产品的处理建议；
Control the Non-conformance products in specific area. /特定区域内不合格品的控制；
Manage and maintain related documentation as required, keep quality records in good condition as required; /按要求管理和维护相关文件，按要求保存好质量相关记录；
Attend related training and get the certification related to inspection; /参加相关培训，获得和检验相关的证书；
Help QE & supervisor train and assess other inspectors & operators for inspection criteria and method; / 帮助质量工程师或主管，对其他检验员进行检验标准和方法的培训与考核；
Assurance team achieve the operation and quality target ; / 确保团队达到运营和质量目标；
Assist project leader to finish the project timely; / 协助项目主管按时完成项目；
Complete SAP transactions to dispose product(Only apply to IQC inspector); / 在SAP 中完成产品处置的处理；
Implement material disposition according to NR or follow procedure requirement when facing the change of drawing 、specification; /按照NR 或当图纸/标准变更时按照程序文件要求执行对材料的处置；
As a guide, take initiative behaviors in daily work base on the needs from both internal or external customer; /作为一个指导，在日常工作中根据内外部客户的需求采取主动性行动；
Responsible for minimizing both the Environmental and Health & Safety effects of the work that they perform; / 负责将所从事工作的环境健康和安全影响*小化

所需的能力与技能
Major in Mechanical or Measurement, Technical school/Senior High School or above or equivalent training; /中专/高中或以上学历，专业为机械或测量或等同的培训；
More than 2 years or above quality inspection experience in Mechanical manufacturing;/ 在机械制造行业2 年或以上的质量检验经验；
Ability to read print and knowledge of GD&T; / 能够阅读图纸和了解几何尺寸与公差；
Basic Mechanical knowledge; /基本机械知识；
Basic Material Knowledge and identification; / 材料基础知识和识别；
ISO9001/13485 and GMP knowledge; /关于ISO9001/13485 和GMP 的知识；
Be familiar with the general inspection tool / equipment such as caliper, micrometer,OC, shadowgraph etc; / 熟悉基本检验工具如卡尺、千分尺、影像仪等；
Ability to identify Package visual defect follow procedure or specification (Cleaning &Package/ IQC inspector only) ; / 根据程序或标准识别包装外观缺陷；
Peel/dye/burst test(Cleaning &package，IQC inspection only); /能够完成拉力 / 渗透和爆破测试；
Ability to use different system, eg ADAPTIV、ETQ、 SAP etc. in their specific working scope; / 在工作岗位范围内，具有熟练使用例如ADAPTIV、ETQ、 SAP等软件系统的能力；

More than 3 years or above quality inspection experience in Mechanical manufacturing ; / 在机械制造业3 年或以上的质量检验经验；
Ability to manual operating advanced inspection equipment such as CMM, Hommel etc; /具备手工操作高级检验设备的能力，比如CMM，Hommel 等；
Working rotation in different area; /在不同区域内轮岗的能力;
More than 4 years or above quality inspection experience in Mechanical manufacturing/ 在机械制造业4 年或以上的质量检验经验；
Obtain Special process certificate(NDT, FPI Level I/II) as per required; /根据需要获得特殊工艺证书（NDT, FPI 等级I/II）；
For the new product in development phase, identify proper inspection method and finish measurement ; / 对于那些处于产品开发阶段的新产品能够识别适当的检验方法，完成测量要求；
Conduct training for lower level inspectors; /对于低级别人员进行培训；
Simple Statistics; / 简单的数据统计分析能力；
