招聘人数：1-2人 到岗时间：不限 年龄要求：不限 婚况要求：婚姻状况 ？ Maintain and optimize existed measurement system. 维持和优化现有的测量系统。
？ Develop, verify and improve inspection programs for routine production and new project. 为日常生产与新项目，开发，验证和改进测量程序。
？ Support the quality engineers to measurement equipment qualification; / 支持质量工程师完成测量设备验证；
？ Provide guidance and training to QC inspectors / technician in term of testing and measurements.为检验员/技术员提供检测与测量方面指导与培训。
？ Suggest, analyze and evaluate measurement method to assure product quality in accordance with drawing requirement; / 建议，分析以及评估测量方法，以确保产品质量符合图纸要求。
？ Support R&D on new product development and introduction; / 支持研发的新产品开发与导入；
？ Manage and maintain related documentation as required, keep quality records in good condition as required; / 按要求管理和维护相关文件，按要求保存好质量记录；
？ Responsible for minimizing both the Environmental and Health & Safety effects of the work that they perform; / 负责将所从事工作的环境健康和安全影响*小化；
？ Good teamwork with operations, quality engineering, manufacture engineering and R&D etc.; / 与生产，质量工程，制造工程以及研发等其他部门良好的团队合作；
？ Assurance team achieve the operation and quality target 确保团队达到运营和质量目标；

？ Be familiar with knowledge of geometric measurement, can operate most of inspection equipment and facilities skillfully, Such as caliper, micrometer, DTI, Height gage, OC, CMM, etc. / 熟悉几何测量知识，熟料操作大部分测量设备，如卡尺, 千分尺, 指示表，高度尺，影像仪, CMM等；
？ Be familiar with principle, performance and operation of measurement equipment, having the ability for advanced programming熟悉检测设备的工作原理, 操作和性能，有高级编程能力；
？ Be familiar with GD&T tolerance evaluation and use measurement method to eliminate variation to meet special inspection requirement熟练掌握GD&T形位公差尺寸评定，正确运用测量方法以减小测量误差，能应对特殊测量要求。
？ Has capability to interpret engineering specifications and procedures/理解工程技术规范和程序的能力;
？ More than 2 years or above measurement and programming experience in Mechanical manufacturing. 在机械制造业2年或以上的测量与编程经验；
？ Training skill培训技能
？ High quality consciousness and strong sense of responsibility. 较高的质量意识与强烈的责任心。
？ Teamwork, Continuous and versatile learning ability, communication skill. 团队精神，坚持和多方面学习能力，沟通能力；

？ ISO9001/13485 and GMP knowledge/关于ISO9001/13485和GMP的知识;
？ Major in Mechanical or Measurement, junior college or above or equivalent training. 大专或以上学历，专业为机械或测量或等同的培训；
？ No Daltonism/无红绿色盲
？ Communication skill and office software operation沟通和办公软件的使用
？ Functions as technical and process resource and go-to person regarding quality issues with their specific area特定区域的技术和流程的协调人
？ Assist in the developing and improving performance measures辅助改进绩效测量
