Responsible for reporting to Technology manager. Ensure good result of production outcome.
Responsible for:
working out manufacturing concept, creating machine specification
supervising installation of machines on site
verifying and validating of machines and equipment
Trouble shooting on site in production, leading continuous process improvement.
making maintenance plan
6. ordering spare parts for the whole production line
Master of science in Mechanical Engineering, industry engineering, automation or process engineering
Work experience:
At least 3 years working experience in a pharma or medical device manufacturing plant.
Manufacturing or engineering department, familiar with media supply
Experience to cooperate with local and foreign machine supplier
Competence and skills:
Strong competence in mechanical engineering and production system
Good at CAD tools
Good skills in PC, MS office
Very good background in GMP and ISO 13486
Familiar with Lean manufacturing: 5s, six Sigma, Value Stream Design and others.
Others:
Very good English in speaking and writing, German skills will facilitate your work a lot.
