Role Summary/Purpose
Serves as Functional expert on Oracle Logistic & Transportation, support IT program project technical design and leading system development & response for program deliveries.
Essential Responsibilities
? Coordinating with Function/Business team and technical team on design & driving solution implementation. Internal consultant of business process / IT System Improvement.
? Demonstrates command of multiple programming languages, basic systems analysis techniques, testing, debugging, documentation standards, file design, storage.
? Applies standard development procedures and a detailed applications knowledge irresponsibility to create technical designs driving towards simple, sustainable, and reusable solutions
? Maintains peer relationships across IT areas (infrastructure, operations, COE, etc) to support effective implementations
? Provides input into the technology plan for the application area, and ensures that plans for their assigned applications integrate effectively with other aspects of the technical infrastructure
? Manages daily activities, issue resolution and communication across project execution teams
Qualifications/Requirements
? Experience with IT system development process & methodology
? Knowledgeable of Oracle especially the Logistic, Inventory, transportation (OTM).etc Supply chain business related.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Analytic, creative and business focused problem solver
? Demonstrated leadership in all areas of business analysis, including client interaction, process design, requirements management and functional design
? Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
? Ability to explain issues and resolutions to technical and non-technical staff
? Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent
? Minimum five years IT programs development or design experience or equivalent
Desired Characteristics
? IT system development life cycle hands-on experience: analysis, designing, testing, performance tuning and documentation
? 5-7 Years or more working experience in IT industry & Oracle program
? IT or related Management background
? International company working experience.
? Good English communication skill, fluent
? PMP / ITIL certified
? Awareness Lean &Six sigma
