1.负责所辖区域临床客户的学术推广及支持活动的开展及实施;
2.根据产品策略,负责培训临床客户及代理商,传递正确的产品信息,并指导临床正确使用产品;
3.负责区域专家的建立及维护;
4.协助执行市场部相关学术活动;
5.负责临床客户的售后服务及产品投诉的处理;
6.负责收集所辖区域客户,产品,竞争对手等相关信息并及时反馈至相关部门;
7.上级领导交代的其他任务。
1.Be responsible for launching and implementation of academic activities for hospital customers in assigned area.
2.Be responsible for trainings for hospital customers and distributors, to introduce accurate product profiles and provide bedside guidance.
3.Be responsible for relationship establishment and maintenance with KOLs.
4.To work with Marketing Departing on academic activities.
5.Be responsible for hospital customers’ complaints handling and after-sales service providing.
6.To collect relevant information of customers, products and competitors and to give timely feedback to related internal Departments.
7.The other tasks assigned by line manager or supervisor.
1.良好的演讲能力,能够独立完成科院会;
2.语言表达及沟通协调能力较强,能够独立进行客户沟通;
3.能够使用WORD,EXCEL,PPT等办公自动化。
1.Good presentation skills and be able to facilitate academic seminar independently.
2.Strong language skills and communication skills, be able to communicate with customers independently.
3.Be proficient in Word, Excel, PPT and other office software.
