Job Duties:
As a field training specialist, you provide training, consultancy, and guidance to 3Shape customers in the region, facilitating the understanding and usage of the 3Shape Ortho System. You assist our sales and support teams in the promotion of 3Shape in shows, conferences and seminars, and play a key role in obtaining and conveying feedback and input from the market to 3Shape R&D & product management.


Requirements:
1. You have excellent communication skills and can build up professional relations built on trust and respect.
2. You thrive on detailed, creative tasks such as developing training materials, and enjoy being in the spotlight training, guiding and supporting our customers as a subject matter expert.
3. You are positive, display empathy and have good intercultural skills.
4. You have a dental background, e.g. as a Dentist, Dental hygienists or Dental Technician.
5. Your work experience has given you extensive knowledge and insight in the work and needs of the clinics.
6. You have experience with Dental CAD/CAM and it’s a benefit if you have experience with the 3Shape TRIOS? or similar.
7. You have a natural appetite for new tech and trends of digital dentistry.
8. You have a strong sense of responsibility and want to make a difference for the customer.
9. You are a strong communicator with high attention to detail, and are able to make complex tasks sound simple.
10. Experience providing training and visiting customers is a plus.
11. Fluency in English is a plus.
12. You are good at structuring your work and handling many tasks simultaneously.
