· Everyday production process supervising - quality point of view. Quality assessment, supervision and verification of products and parts according to its’ specification.
· Incoming Inspection area
1. Inventory management of nonconforming items
2. Perform the inspections in accordance with the input of the technical documentation
3. Cooperation with the warehouse of the control of supply, according to FIFO rules
· Co-operation with other departments within:
1. Processes improvements stabilization
2. Quality improvement
3. Effectiveness
4. Using quality tools
5. Following procedures, directives, standards, policy and law requirements
· Performing outgoing inspection on final product. Update Statistics about calibration, adjusting, production mistakes. DHR control and archiving.
· NCR system supervision:
1. nonconformity reports handling
2. preparing data for supplier evaluation and for feedback to suppliers
· Creating, updating and approving quality and production documentation according to company needs
· Giving training within Quality Management system
· Being member of CAPA Teams for CAPAs connected with quality of the products
· Conducting internal audits and coordination of external inspections
· Training new Quality department employees
· The duty to abide by superior’s commands referring to one’s work, if they are not against the law regulations or the job agreement
· The duty to obey a data protection act
· The duty to perform one’s job conscientiously and neatly
· An entitlement to stay in business premises during one’s free time
· An entitlement to introduce people from outside the company into business premises
Job Requirement:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in quality management or Quality Engineering
· Have professional knowledge about ISO9001, ISO13485 and Standard Quality Tools
· Have knowledge of computers programmes for Microsoft Office
· Fluent in English
· Have more than 3 years of relevant working experience
