Marketing Coordinator

· Draft, edit and distribute marketing materials, press release, social media articles and advertisements and other related customer communications as needed.


· Help coordinate events, including the development and production of marketing materials and on-site logistics.


· Work with marketing researcher to gather research and analysis as needed for related business development activities.


· Collaborate with other teams throughout the company across functions.





Skill and competencies


· Must be a self-starter, diligent and thrive in a team-oriented environment.


· Able to work in a high-volume, deadline-based environment.


· Polished client-facing presentation and interpersonal skill are necessary.


· Good organization skills are required.




Qualifications


· Bachelor’s degree required, prefer marketing related majors.


· Excellent English skills


· High level of proficiency using Microsoft Office


· Strong computer skills and ability to learn new programs


· Experience in managing social media channels, including operation, writing, editing, etc.


· Graphic design background or experience is preferred.
