1、Continuously fully comply with all GMP standard /ISO 13485 requirements.
2、Responsible to stop further processing in the event of encountering non-conforming products condition.
3、Provide guidance on Quality Assurance/GMP/FDA-QSR related topics.
4、Set up local Quality system and implement all quality requirements. Conduct monitoring and trend analysis for Quality System implementation
5、Designs and/or implements methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision and reliability of products and/or production and/or test equipment
6、Analyzes reports and/or returned products and recommends corrective action. Will conduct failure analysis of products and processes.
7、Provide training on Quality Assurance/GMP/FDA-QSR related topics
8、May conduct and support Internal and External audits.
9、Provide support on Quality procedure set up and validation to product transfer.
10、May work from verbal and/or written instructions.
11、May support vendor management issues.
12、May assist during new product development.
13、Other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
1、More than 3 years in Quality Assurance or related functional area
2、Experienced in GMP or ISO quality systems
3、Experienced in machining inspection, method selection, gauge calibration is preferred.
4、Must be able to generate, follow, and explain detailed instructions and inspection procedures.
5、Must be able to complete detailed documentation accurately.
6、Must be able to communicate product and/or component part deficiencies to Engineer, subordinate, or supervisory personnel.
7、Must be able to analyze and resolve non-routine product issues using independent judgment and inspection equipment.
8、Strong analytical skills
9、Effective interpersonal skills
10、Blueprint/engineering schematic reading and interpretation
11、Basic inspection techniques
