1、Perform complex first article inspections, layouts and inspection gauge calibrations.
2、Provide technical support to Quality Engineers, Operations and Business Units related to engineering drawing review/interpretation and calibration/inspection measurements and techniques.
3、Develop and maintain related specifications and work instructions.
4、Ensure lab equipment is maintained and calibrated.
5、Provide appropriate training to QE, Operations and Product Development personnel.
6、Participation in continuous (breakthrough) improvement activity and process re-engineering projects in support of Stryker Orthopaedics Business Process Excellence initiative.
1、Working knowledge and application of manual and automated inspection/calibration methods and equipment.
2、Working knowledge of related industry standards (NIST, etc), FDA and international medical device regulations.
3、Engineering drawing interpretation, including Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
4、Knowledge and application of CMM programming is a plus.
5、Diploma Degree in technical discipline or higher is a plus.
