Principal Responsibilities:
1.Execute molding operation according to annual budget. Include workshop, spare part and consumable,
2.Transfer, install and develop molding process from world wide.
3.Filed management of molding process, meet sample build plan, production volume and quality target.
4.Write molding validation plan, protocol and implement.
5.Write down work instruction and SOP and conduct training and certification for molding staff..
6.Follow company stand and regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree in engineering, at least 5 years' molding experience, prefer hot channel.
2.Master all molding parameter and understand its effect.
3.Understand and master molding machine and fixture operation.
4.Understand molding trouble shooting method including parameter adjustment and machine repair. Can instruct technician solve mold related problem.
5.Understand all kinds of hot channel flow and its production is preferred.
