Senior Sourcing Engineer

招聘人数：若干 到岗时间：不限 年龄要求：不限 婚况要求：婚姻状况 1. Key focal point for all project sourcing activity related to NPI, including new supplier identification, RFX, cost and terms negotiation, material qualification, initial project supply strategy; supplier capacity analysis, sign year 1 contract prices;
2. Responsible for BOM cost of new product to match project requirements; RFQ for new parts, negotiate supplier quotation, and drive new products’ material cost continuous reduction by working with R&D optimize designs. Total cost comparison and supplier selection to identify the material and supply chain issues for new products;
3. Drive suppliers on parts production approval process (PPAP) completion before PQ build; coordinate with SQE to resolve any issues during supplier PPAP stages;
4. As a key point of window from sourcing role among R&D, Supplier Quality and suppliers drive projects during all new project development phases; manages tactical purchasing activities during NPI stages, such as pulling materials when buyer escalation or project reschedule;
5. Work with mass production sourcing to transfer all material sourcing activities;
6. Lead evaluation and category supplier performance management program with cross team;
7. Other work assigned by team leader;




1. Bachelors’ degree, prefer in mechanical engineering;
2. 8 years experiences of sourcing experiences, have new product development sourcing management would be plus;
3. Demonstrated project management and ability to successfully manage multiple initiatives;
4. Excellent written and spoken English and MS (Excel, Word, PPT) skills;
5. Good teamwork, strong responsibility and customer focus;
