1. Form the project management organization;
2. Coaching/Mentoring/Managing team members.
3. Coordinate with all partners: sales, consultants, form, suppliers and supervise all projects on schedule with expected quality and cost;
4. Responsible for product customer requirements, concept prototyping, conducting and overseeing product testing, design and development (including verification and validation), material selection, risk assessment, product performance and safety, registration.
5. Complete documentation of all DHF/DMR and assure accuracy and completeness
1. Extensive (5+ years) experience of Mechanical and Electro-mechanical projects management (must);
2. Experienced(5+ years) with medical devices Development/Engineering background
3. Experienced in working in a strictly following QMS environment;
4. Knowledge about the general standards used in medical devices
5. Excellent in English (must).
