In this role, you have the opportunity to
? Core team member of GTC(Generator Tube Component) LCM(life cycle management) and execute ECO (Engineer change order) stage 2 in Su Zhou
? Join in NPI project, responsible for new production introducing to operation
You are responsible for
? GTC production line layout and set up
? Create Working instruction for GTC production line
? Training and qualify technician of GTC production line
? Improvement on GTC’s quality, process control and efficiency, cost reduction, LEAN, etc.
You are a part of
A progressive and energetic team that contributes directly to the growth of the business. You have a direct reporting line to the NPI leader.
a) Direct Governance:
- Higher hierarchical reporting line: NPI leader
b) Indirect Governance:
- Indirect Subordinate Reporting Line: technician of Generators manufacture line, around 10 people.
c) Cooperative Department:
Generators manufacture line, on line support and give training for technician.
GTC Hamburg Germany, get support and knowledge from GTC and implement on manufacture line Shenyang
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
? Bachelor degree or above in Power Electronics or Power Systems specialty, or a related discipline with at least 3-year of working experience in manufacturing engineering.
? Demonstrated leadership skill to drive continuous improvement on product quality, process control and efficiency, cost reduction, LEAN, etc.
? Proved educational and practical ability in process control for product with disciplined DFx and PFMEA principles and methodologies, etc.
? Demonstrated excellent analytical problem solving skill.
? Demonstrated strong communication skill and effectiveness and ability, demonstrated great team work behavior.
? Strong English skill in writing, listening and speaking
? Familiar with ISO13485 or ISO9001
? Experience of transformer design or making will be better.
? Experience of isolation design will be better.
