In this role, you have the opportunity to
Led the software project members to realize the software functions and account for the software product quality and progress.
Your responsibilities
· Responsible for the management of software program development process, software development overall plan and personnel division for every task;
· Do well the requirements, application development and BSP progress control and solve well correlation between each other;
· Product risk and project risk identification and control;
· Carrying out software development process according to IEC 62304 standardized command;
· According to the requirements, make software overall technical solution.
You are a part of
A professional R&D Team with around 60 team peers in Shenzhen.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
· Education: Bachelor degrees or above, major in computer science or relevant.
· Experience:
1. More than 5yrs of working experience in software development.
2. Has experience in software architecture.
· Competencies and skills:
3. Proficient in C/C++ programming, familiar with the Object-oriented design and development.
4. Deep knowledge of Linux based programming.
5. Ability to meet aggressive schedules, quality orientation, outstanding initiatives, strong problem analysis and solving ability, analytical and design skills.
6. Excellent teamwork and ability to interface effectively with various functional areas and other teams.
7. Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
