· Position: Advanced Test Engineer
Location: Shanghai, ZhangJiang
Your challenge
In this role, you have the opportunity to
?Contribute to the company’s core competency for manufacturing Ultrasound transducers with high quality and high efficiency, and meeting operation metrics on yield, defects, capacity, and delivery.
?Work closely with Ultrasound manufacturing team to keep production lines of Ultrasound transducers running in the desired condition that meets the factory’s operational metrics on yield, quality, capacity, and delivery.
?He/She will also work with R& D engineering team to ensure the design and development of Ultrasound transducers meet high standard of manufacturability and/or serviceability.
Duties and responsibilities include:
?In charge of development of Transducer or Sensor testing and implementation solution.
?In charge of DFT (Design for Testing) analysis, development of testing requirement and testing plan for new product development.
?In charge of LabVIEW based program development. In charge of Installation Qualification, Operation Qualification and Performance Qualification of Automatic Testing Station or Equipment.
?In charge of maintaining and technical supporting of manufacturing testing equipment
Requirements:
?Education: Bachelor or Master Degree, Majored in Electronics, Computer Communication or other relative.
?Experience: At least 3 years working experiences in measuring equipment manufacturing company and familiar with key parameter of measuring equipment and implementation solution.
?Competencies and skills:
?Familiar with automation program development utilizing LabVIEW platform.
?Familiar with general communication protocols, include but not limited to GPIB、RS232、USB and Ethernet communication.
?Have a deeper understand of LabVIEW based programming methods.
?Preferred for the experiences of building LabVIEW or TestStand based Automation testing system development or participation of NI development.
?Familiar with multiple testing equipment, includes but not limited to Oscilloscope, Program-Controlled Multimeter and Electronic load.
?Excellent English both in written and oral.
?Understanding of medical device testing standard and testing solution is preferred.
