目的:
To maintain employees health and prevent the outbreak of diseases of various kinds, which will help improve employees’ work efficiency, motivate them and maintain the company occupational health management system. 保障公司员工的身心健康,防止各类疾病的发生,提高员工的工作效率,并维护公司的职业健康管理体系。
工作职责:
I Diagnosis and medical treatment for employees. Arrange seriously injured or sick employees beyond company capability of treatment to proper outside medical organizations for curing. First aid and treatment for emergent health incidents. 门诊医疗服务工作,安排重伤和重病员工的转院治疗和突发性事件的急救处理。
II Disease Prevention and Control 疾病预防和控制。(Create annual disease prevention plan and implement. 制定全年的疾病防治计划,并实施)
1、 Create and maintain a database of employees sickness and work injury. Regularly analyze the tread on sickness and injury occurrence and propose and execute relevant preventive actions. 创建并维护员工患病就诊、工伤记录和数据库,定期对员工患病和工伤情况进行动态分析,并根据分析结果采取相应的预防措施。
2、 Occupational Health Management: Based on relevant legal requirements, monitor work sites with potential occupational health risks by arranging regular testing by authorized official testing institutes; propose improvement actions based on the result; and arrange regular health check for employees with jobs with potential occupational health risks. 职业健康管理:根据国家有关法规,安排有关机构对公司有害作业点做好现场监测,对检查发现的问题提出意见和建议;对特殊工种员工进行预防性健康检查,防止职业危害的发生。
3、 Food Hygiene: Work with H&S Action Team to conduct regular check on canteen, including its hygiene and cleaning status, staff health certificates and other officially requested certificates, food freshness and hygiene status, official certificates on the quality of food and seasonings, etc., to prevent outbreak of food related epidemics.
食品卫生方面:会同健康安全执行小组对食堂进行定期检查,包括环境清洁卫生状况、工作人员健康证明情况、食品卫生质量、购入食品和配料的资质证明等,以防止食源性疾病的发生。
4、 Work Environment Sanitary: Conduct necessary disinfecting at working and public areas to prevent the outbreak of epidemics. 环境卫生方面:对工作和公众场所进行必要的空气及地面的消毒工作,防止传染性疾病的流行。
5、 Medical Check and Vaccine Inoculation. 体检和预防接种工作。
III Health Education 健康教育。
1、 Routine health consultation 日常的卫生咨询。
2、 Conduct health and disease prevention trainings. 健康知识和疾病防治方面的讲座。
3、 Postings. 定期制作宣传白板。
IV Execute State Birth Control Policies 执行国家计划生育政策。
1、 Arrange annual examination and renewal on employees’ Marriage and Birth Certificates
对流动人口婚育证进行年审和换证工作。
2、 Arrange pregnancy check and birth control related medical checks.
对外来***育龄女工组织查孕查环工作。按计划购买治疗和消毒药品,并定期清查药品存留情况。
VI Maintain employee health files and trace the status.
整理和保管员工的医疗档案,并进行追踪观察,保证健康档案的连续性。
VII Keep updated on changes on laws and policies regarding occupational health, public health, emergent public health incidents treatment, and birth control and make relevant suggestions on company follow-up to ensure the compliance with national and local birth control requests.
熟悉和掌握国家和地方有关职业健康、公共卫生和健康、公共卫生紧急事件管理、计划生育等方面的法律法规,并将有关信息及时反馈公司,提出跟进意见。
? Education学历: College Degree or above(Medicinal),执业医师或执业助理医师
? Experience工作经验: Minimum 5 years relevant experience5年以上医院医生或者工厂厂医经验
? Competency and Skills能力和技能:
1) Effective interpersonal and communication skills, detailed minded and able to work under pressure.人际沟通良好
2) Strong PC skill: Microsoft Office 电脑熟练
3) Creative thinking, proactive and positive 主动积极
4) Basic English 基本英语水平
5) Good team spirit and patient. 团队合作 有耐心
6) Other 其他: 掌握国家有关的卫生法律、法规。如:《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》、《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》、《中华人民共和国食品卫生法》、《公共场所卫生管理条例》、《中华人民共和国人口与计划生育法》、《广东省人口与计划生育条例》、《突发公共卫生事件应急条例》等等。
