In this role, you have the opportunity to
· Establish and maintain Philips Zhuhai NPSS (Non-Product System Software Validation) process to fulfill the relative requirement of ISO13485 and FDA regulation.
You are responsible for
1. Establish and maintain Philips Zhuhai local NPSS procedure to meet the requirement of relative ISO standard and regulation and in align with the PEPF NPSS procedure at BG level.
2. Conduct deployment training and monitor the implementation of the local NPSS procedure.
3. Set up a NPSS status review platform to coordinate and monitor the NPSS status regularly.
4. Support to establish and maintain Philips Zhuhai non-product system software inventory and validated software list.
5. Review and approve software validation protocol and reports.
6. Support to establish the software validation deliverables to ensure the on-going integrity of the validation is maintained through the system lifecycle.
7. Reviews Exceptions encountered during test execution.
You are a part of
· Professional and energic manufacturing quality team.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree or above (with a IT or software validation background or similar is preferred)
2. Experience: Total more than 5 yrs. Work experience, at lest 3-year experience in manufacturing process quality or process engineering function in medical industry is required.
3. Competency and Skills:
a. Effective interpersonal and communication skills, detailed minded and able to work under pressure.
b. Good written and spoken English
c. Teamwork spirit.
